The victim’s friend, who was a passenger in his vehicle, was also armed and managed to fire several shots at the fleeing vehicle, hitting it more than once. He was not injured in the initial shooting. Police have interviewed the passenger and numerous witnesses and obtained detailed information, and a manhunt is underway for the shooter.
